Products and purchasing
FURUISI presents its own products and parts. Images, application descriptions and cases help product selection. The confirmed product and order specify the model, configuration, quantity and items supplied. Check model compatibility before buying parts.
Supply scope and third-party systems
Supply covers the model, SKU, dimensions, quantity and accessories listed in the order. Vehicles, buildings, computers, payment platforms, networks and third-party devices shown in scenes are not automatically included. Software licences, electronic-payment integration, third-party fees, installation and site works are commitments only when expressly included in a valid order. Check local power, interfaces, installation conditions and accessory compatibility before purchasing.
Custom specifications and changes
Custom dimensions, colours, graphics, arm types, access directions or configurations follow the mutually confirmed order record. Check information you provide before production. Changes require agreement on feasibility, added cost and lead-time impact; a request alone does not amend the order. Reasonable incurred costs must be substantiated, with no undisclosed fixed penalty.
Confirming an order
Products with confirmed purchase conditions can be ordered directly, without registration or an inquiry form. An order submission is not payment. Before paying, check items, quantity, price, currency, delivery details and responsibility for costs. Material changes require a new confirmation.
Prices and charges
The order shows the goods total and confirmed shipping and tax charges. Import duties, clearance or other charges excluded from that total follow the responsibilities stated in the order. Necessary unresolved charges must be confirmed before payment. The payment page shows the validity of its quote.
USDT payments
When online payment is enabled, use the USDT network, amount and address shown on the payment page within its validity period. Do not pay again using an old screenshot or address. A wallet showing sent does not prove the website has confirmed receipt; refer to the verified order payment status. Underpayments, overpayments, late payments or wrong-network transfers require investigation. Automatic refunds and instant receipt are not guaranteed.
Production, transport and responsibility
The start conditions for lead times must be clear; production completion, dispatch and arrival are distinct stages. Carrier arrangements, handover location, packaging and insurance follow the stated order conditions. FURUISI does not guarantee local installation, site works or third-party system results that it has not undertaken. For visible delivery damage, preserve packaging, photographs and carrier records where possible and contact us promptly for investigation.
Delivery and after-sales
Lead time, shipping method, delivery responsibilities and any warranty or return conditions follow the confirmed order and applicable law. No single promise applies to every product or country. Check quantity, model and transport condition on receipt. Report issues with the order number and relevant details, retaining useful photographs and packaging evidence.
Quality assessment and warranty scope
Provide the order number, model or serial information, symptoms and necessary photographs for after-sales review. Product defects, transport, installation, misuse, modifications and third-party equipment require different assessment. Warranty period, start date, remedy and return-shipping responsibility must be stated in the order or supplied warranty document; promotional images do not imply lifetime cover or free on-site service. Unauthorised returns or modifications may affect assessment but do not exclude mandatory rights.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation depends on payment, preparation and dispatch progress. A refund requires verification of the reason, amount, destination address and network. Refund approval is separate from completion. Any incurred charges payable under law or a valid order must be explained; a request does not automatically incur a deduction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Accounts and disputes
An account is optional. Protect email verification codes and order access links; do not access another person's order without permission. Contact us through the website with your order number. Disputes are assessed against the order, payment and delivery records under valid agreements and applicable law.
Versions and mandatory rights
New website orders retain the terms version in force at creation. Confirmation records and specific order agreements support verification. Valid specific agreements govern their stated matters without excluding mandatory law. Contact us with the order and evidence to resolve disputes; a unilateral right of final interpretation cannot rewrite confirmed responsibilities.
